How soon will I get my pet’s products?
Our goal is to fulfill your order the same day, but if the order is placed later in the day, it may not go out until the next delivery day. This applies to in-stock products.
Sadly, sometimes we run out and will contact you to see if you still want it based on our expected date of arrival.
From where are your products sourced?
We prioritize products produced here in the USA. We do offer products sourced abroad that are unique, or represent significant savings for our customers.
We offer a variety of payment methods including major credit cards as well as PayPal and Venmo.
Yes, we offer order tracking on most orders.
How can I change something in my order?
Once the order is placed, there is no way to change it from our site. Please call us to see if there is something we can do to change. It will all depend if it was already sent out for delivery.
